There are actually three DoTopia admin versions. One is for internal DoTopia employees. There you can manage every aspect of the system, pull report on several different custom data points, create landing pages for clients, manage marketing campaigns and more. The second version is for Clients which allows clients to manage campaigns, view user and donors, and view/pay invoice. The third version is for charities which allows them to view donor info, withdraw funds directly to their bank account and access DoTopia tools like donations widgets, event and volunteer management tools. These admins were built on Laravel.
